Curtainsider sides for a truck or trailer with covers / not for a semi-trailer / .
The curtainsider sides with flaps are different from the curtainsider sides that are next to the trailer chassis /standard curtainsiders/:
- When there are covers, the sides are usually fastened with metal rings and stretched with elastic, while when there are no covers, the tarpaulin is fastened to the chassis with fasteners /ratchets/ that tighten the tarpaulin.
- Covered trailer sides do not have vertical thermal belts on the inside of the tarp, while standard curtainsiders do.
- The trailer sides with covers are made of synthetic tarpaulin weighing 700g/m2, while the standard curtainsider sides are made of tarpaulin weighing 900g/m2.
These differences allow us to offer a lower price for truck and trailer covers than the price of standard curtainsider sides.

2. Thermal belts for an XL certificate
Horizontal thermal belts bonded on the inside of the tarpaulin to reinforce it. They meet the XL-certificate requirements. The vertical thermal belts are included in the price.
