4. Terms of ordering

In order to avoid fictitious orders, Belsystems Ltd. requires a telephone number and an e-mail address to be registered when purchasing products from the online shop. After you submit your order you will receive confirmation by telephone. This contact gives us the opportunity to clarify further details and, where larger quantities are involved, a possibly longer delivery time.

Important: you must be at least 16 years old to place an order on our site.

5. Delivery terms

The products you have ordered are delivered by the Econt courier company:

to larger towns — within 2 to 3 working days;
to smaller settlements — within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery costs are borne by the customer and depend on the size and weight of the parcel. Detailed terms are available in the “Delivery Information” section.

6. Payment and pricing policy

Belsystems Ltd. accepts payments by bank transfer and in cash (cash on delivery). In the event of an evident discrepancy between the goods delivered and the order, Belsystems Ltd. bears the courier costs in both directions in full.

When a customer returns a product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Belsystems Ltd. refunds the amount paid for it within 30 days of the date on which the right of return was exercised, in a manner agreed additionally and convenient for both parties. Belsystems Ltd. does not bear the cost of the return itself.
