Full-color direct printing on the tarpaulin sides and tailgate of trucks and trailers – priced according to the actual printable area.
We offer large-format digital printing on PVC tarpaulins for small and medium-sized trucks, commercial vehicles and trailers .
Unlike standard curtain side semi-trailers, which are almost the same size, the tarpaulin constructions of smaller trucks and trailers can be virtually any size.
Therefore, there is no fixed final price for this service per car . The price is determined according to the actual printable area .
You can immediately calculate the approximate price using our online calculator by entering the dimensions of your truck or trailer.
Side tarpaulins and the tailgate can be much more than a functional part of the cargo structure.
They can be a large, full-color mobile advertisement that moves in front of potential customers daily.
Two sides. Rear flap. Unified advertising vision.
Digital printing is offered as an extra service when ordering a cover for a truck or trailer.
A price based on the real area
There is no fixed price per vehicle — you pay exactly for the printable area of your truck or trailer, worked out automatically by the calculator.
Direct full-colour Latex printing
We print directly on the PVC tarpaulin with the HP Latex 2700W — photographs, logos, corporate colours and complex advertising compositions in fine detail.
Advertising on three sides
The two side panels and the tarpaulin rear flap (if there is one) can be part of a single advertising composition.
For transport use
A specialised high-strength PVC material and HP Latex Overcoat give the print extra protection in normal use of the vehicle.
For full-colour printing we use an industrial wide-format HP Latex 2700W printer with a working width of up to 3.20 m — enough to print large tarpaulin pieces as whole compositions, without splitting them into several panels.
HP Latex technology allows full-colour printing of photographs, product images, company logos, advertising compositions, corporate graphics, gradients, text, contact details, web addresses, QR codes and decorative elements.
You are not limited to a few colours or plain lettering — the whole tarpaulin can be one large full-colour advert.
The advert is not a large self-adhesive film stuck onto the cover — we print directly on a specialised PVC tarpaulin whose surface is made for digital printing.
The material is a high-strength polyester fabric with a PVC coating and a suitable surface treatment. We use our own print profile for it, with proven ink adhesion.
In transport advertising the printed image takes far more punishment than ordinary advertising graphics — the tarpaulin moves, vibrates, stretches, folds, gets cleaned and works outdoors in contact with the hardware of the structure.
The HP Latex 2700W uses HP Latex Overcoat, which adds a protective component during printing itself — on our materials that protection is enough for transport advertising, with no need for extra lamination.
-

The machine has a working width of up to 3.20 m and is built for high-output roll-to-roll printing on wide-format materials.
That lets us print large tarpaulin pieces as whole compositions, without needlessly splitting the image into many small panels.

Quality wide-format printing needs a properly prepared digital file. Here is what to keep in mind when preparing it:
Two trucks that look alike do not always have identical tarpaulins — even on the same model the bodywork can differ. That is why the dimensions are established individually for every order, before the final print file is prepared.
We recommend PDF, Corel 19, TIFF, EPS or another professional format agreed in advance. Logos, text, lines and pictograms are best supplied as vectors so they can be scaled to the real size of the truck without losing quality.
Photographs can be raster, but the original file has to be good enough. We do not recommend small pictures from the internet, screenshots, images from social media, heavily compressed JPEG files or artificially enlarged images with a low real resolution.
The file can be prepared at full size (1:1) or to a clearly stated scale, for example 1:10. If a scale is used it must be stated.
In the final file we recommend converting the text to curves/outlines — that guarantees the fonts used will not be substituted when the file is opened.
A tarpaulin is not a plain rectangular billboard — it can carry eyelets, ropes, elastics, straps, hems, reinforcements, buckles, structural edges and folding zones. It is not a good idea for an important phone number, face, logo or QR code to land right on a structural part.
