-
Thick, strong material
PVC-coated synthetic tarpaulin of about 900 g/m² on a "Panama" textile base — it withstands the mechanical load of the material passing through and at the fastening zones.
-
Glued, with no stitched seams
The parts are glued together, so there is no textile seam to become a weak spot.
-
Fixed directly through the material
In many applications no extra hem is needed — the tarpaulin is strong enough for mechanical fastening.

Length (mm)
Make the opening slightly larger
We recommend entering the opening size (diameter) slightly larger than the pipe or flange — for example by 10 mm. The tarpaulin has no elasticity, so if the sleeve’s perimeter matches the pipe’s or flange’s exactly, the sleeve cannot be fitted over it.
Hems at both ends
Extra reinforcement at both ends of the sleeve — only where the design or the way the equipment works calls for it.

Tarpaulin process sleeves guide granular, powdered and other bulk materials between parts of machines, facilities and process lines. The price is calculated from the area of the finished sleeve, based on the opening dimensions and length you enter.
Every sleeve is made individually for the specific machine — from dimensions, a sketch or a drawing.

Tarpaulin process sleeves are flexible elements for directing, pouring and transporting granular, powdery and other bulk materials between individual parts of machines, equipment and process lines. They are particularly suitable for places where a rigid metal pipe is not necessary or would make the work difficult, and the material must be directed in a controlled manner from one opening to another.
A typical application is in grain auger discharges , where the sleeve is mounted to the auger outlet and directs the grain to a trailer, hopper, container or other receiving facility. The flexible sleeve allows the material to be conveyed downwards, without the need for an additional rigid channel.
The product is also widely used in grain depots, silo farms, agricultural machinery, mills, concrete centers, construction and various industrial productions . It can be used for wheat, corn, sunflower and other cereals, as well as for cement, sand, dry mixes, granules and other granular or powdery products.
Strong PVC tarpaulin 900 g/m²
We make the sleeves from PVC coated synthetic tarpaulin with a weight of about 900 g/m² and a textile base of the "Panama" type . This is a thicker and stronger material, which is suitable for technological applications where the sleeve is subjected to mechanical stress both from the passing material and in the fastening areas.
The individual parts of the tarpaulin are glued together , without any stitching. This ensures that the surface remains suitable for industrial use and there is no textile seam that would be a weak point.
Round and rectangular sleeves
The process sleeve does not have to be round. We manufacture sleeves according to the shape of the specific equipment. For a round pipe or auger, the size is determined by the required diameter, and for rectangular openings, the sleeve is manufactured according to the dimensions and circumference of the corresponding flange or channel. A square opening is simply a rectangle with two equal sides.
In rectangular versions, the material follows the shape of the opening so that the sleeve can be securely fixed to the metal element. In this way, the same principle can be applied to both a round discharge auger and a rectangular outlet of a hopper or processing machine.
The length is also determined individually. We can produce both short connecting sleeves and long sleeves of 1–2 meters or more , when the material needs to be transported over a greater distance.
Make the opening slightly larger
We recommend making the opening size (diameter) slightly larger than the pipe or flange — for example by 10 mm. PVC tarpaulin has no elasticity, so if the sleeve’s perimeter matches the pipe’s or flange’s exactly, the sleeve cannot be fitted over it. The small allowance ensures the sleeve slides on freely and is then pressed tight by the clamp or strip.
Methods of fastening
The most reliable option is mechanical attachment to the equipment . Depending on the design, the sleeve can be made in several ways:
tightening with a metal clamp around the pipe or flange;
fixing by riveting with a pressing metal bar.
In many applications, additional hemming is not necessary. The 900 g/m² tarpaulin is strong enough to allow mechanical fastening directly through the material. Reinforcement is added where the design or operation requires it.
Applications
Tarpaulin process sleeves are suitable for augers for loading and unloading grain, silos and bunkers, agricultural machinery, concrete centers, construction plants, mills and industrial lines for bulk products . Their main purpose is simple and practical - to direct the material exactly where it needs to go , through a strong and flexible sleeve, made according to the specific equipment.
Tarpaulin technological sleeves made to size - a sturdy and practical solution for moving grain, cement, sand, granules and other bulk materials.
A process sleeve doesn't have to be round — we make it to the shape of the specific equipment. The shape selected in the calculator above is highlighted.
For a round pipe or discharge auger — sized to the required diameter.
For a rectangular or square flange, bunker outlet or channel — enter the opening's width and height; for a square one the two are equal. The sleeve follows the shape of the opening so it can be fixed securely to the metal part.
The length is set individually too — from short connecting sleeves to long sleeves of 1–2 metres or more, when the material has to be carried further.
Mechanical fastening to the equipment is the most reliable option, for example in one of the following ways.
Metal clamp
Clamped with a metal clamp around the pipe or flange.
Pressure strip
Fixed by riveting with a metal pressure strip.
In many applications no extra hem is needed — the 900 g/m² tarpaulin is strong enough to be fixed mechanically directly through the material. Reinforcement is added where the design or the way the equipment works calls for it.
Their purpose is simple and practical — to direct the material exactly where it needs to land.
