What it is
A cover that simply slips over the top
The “Box” type cover is a rectangular cover open at the bottom. It slips over the object like a sleeve and wraps both its top and all four sides. There is no floor and nothing to assemble: you lift it, drop it over and you are done. If you want one, a vertical zip goes into the middle of one of the wide sides, which makes fitting it over heavier objects easier.
What it is for is just as simple — keeping safe whatever is underneath. It stops rain, snow, dust, leaves and sunlight, and outdoors it is tensioned with rope or elastic cord through the eyelets along the bottom edge. It is made to your three measurements, so it fits your object exactly rather than roughly.

The “Box” cover is one of the products made entirely remotely. The shape is simple — a rectangular box open at the bottom — so measuring the object and entering three figures is all it takes.

Length, width and height across its widest points, with 1–2 cm to spare.

The fabric is cut and joined by high-frequency welding, with a hem and eyelets along the bottom edge.

Measuring
How to take the measurements
The three figures you enter are those of the COVER, not of the object. Measure the object across its largest points and add 1–2 cm to each, so the cover is easy to fit and remove.

The object's long side, measured horizontally at its widest point.

The short side, measured the same way — square to the length.

From the floor to the object's highest point, lids, handles and fittings included.
The three measurements are those of the cover itself, not of the object underneath. For easy fitting and removal enter them about 1–2 cm larger than the object's real maximum dimensions, protruding parts included. Range for an online order: 0.20 m to 10.00 m per dimension.
If the object isn't quite rectangular, measure the rectangle that contains it — the cover will sit on that.

Construction
How the cover is made
The circumferential part is kept as whole as possible, without seams along the vertical edges. The top is joined to it by welding.
Hem and eyelets
The bottom edge ends in a 5 cm hem holding Ø10 mm metal eyelets about every 50 cm.
Vertical zip
Optional — in the middle of one of the wide sides, from the bottom edge up. It makes fitting and reaching the equipment easier.
Without the zip option the cover is made with fully closed side walls.

580 g/m² synthetic tarpaulin
A durable tarpaulin for indoor and outdoor use, resistant to water and UV light. Available in a range of colours, subject to stock.

Protected from the sun
The tarpaulin is UV-stabilised: sunlight fades the colour and ages the material far more slowly than it would a fabric without that protection. It matters on a cover that stays outdoors all summer — over garden furniture, a barbecue or a machine in the open.
UV protection slows ageing down but does not stop it altogether — the real life of the material also depends on how strong the sun is, on the climate, the colour and the way it is used.
