Hardware along the long side
Metal eyelets that the U-shaped battens of the body pass through and are locked with a sealing rope. Switch off if the cover is held by a rail.
Tube tensioning with elastic rope
Ø10 metal eyelets every 50 cm in the weld above the pocket and L-shaped hooks on the body, staggered. The elastic rope runs in a zigzag from the eyelets to the hooks.
Fitting
We fit the cover on the vehicle on the day it is made. Switch this off only if you will collect it and fit it yourself.

Cover for a tractor trailer for bulk cargo. The tarpaulin covers the cargo space from above, being rolled up on one side around a metal profile. The profile fits into a specially made pocket in the cover. The cover is stretched using elastic bands.
The side opposite the metal profile is attached to the basket using a rail, sealing rope or rotating plates.
It is made of synthetic tarpaulin weighing 700 g/m2. All parts of the tarpaulin that come into contact with the metal structure are reinforced.
The price is determined depending on the dimensions of the trailer, the number of reinforcements on the metal struts, the method of attachment to the basket, and the drops from different sides of the cover.
The cover is made and fitted at our base, and fitting is included in the price. To arrange this, you must call us in advance at 0885 110984 to specify a day for assembly. The production and assembly take one working day.
You can choose the color of the cover, and this does not affect the price. The price includes all accessories permanently attached to the cover. The price does not include sealing rope, elastic, metal rail. The price also does not include fasteners /plates, hooks/, which should be permanently installed on the trailer. If necessary, their installation is paid separately.
The vehicle must be at our base on the day of production. Production takes one working day when the date is agreed in advance.

You give the length and width of the body, the caps and the drops of the tarpaulin, just enough to see the price. You choose the fabric weight, the number of cross members and the fastening.

The calculator shows the amount for the configuration you chose.

3. You book a production day
On the agreed date the vehicle must be at our base. When you arrive, we will take the exact measurements.

4. We make the cover
The material is cut and joined by high-frequency welding, with reinforcements where the bows and the hardware sit.

6. The cover is ready for use
The vehicle must be at our base on the agreed day. Book a day or call us to arrange it.
Pocket for the rolling profile
Along one long side the tarpaulin ends in a continuous pocket holding a metal tube or profile — the cover rolls around it so it opens quickly.
Fixed side
The opposite long side is fixed permanently to the body — with a metal rail, a sealing rope or turning battens, depending on the trailer structure.
Front and rear drop
At the front and rear the cover forms a drop and is tensioned with an elastic rope through eyelets and fixed hooks on the body.
Reinforcement above the bows
Where the tarpaulin rests on the transverse metal bows of the body it is additionally reinforced against abrasion.
Protection for the bulk load
It protects grain, feed and other bulk loads from rain, wind and spillage during transport.

The places that touch the metal structure of the body are reinforced so they do not wear through.
