Weight
We recommend 700 g/m² tarpaulin. The 900 g/m² one makes rolling harder, especially on large gondolas (over 10 m long).
The tube is
The long side of the body that carries the roll-up tube. The opposite long side is the one with the fittings or the rail.
Hardware along the long side
Metal eyelets that the U-shaped battens of the body pass through and are locked with a sealing rope. Switch off if the cover is held by a rail.
Hardware on the tube side
Eyelets on the long side with the tube. With this option fittings are also placed on the front and rear flaps, so the cover meets customs-approval requirements.
Fitting
We fit the cover on the vehicle on the day it is made. Switch this off only if you will collect it and fit it yourself.

Cover for a truck or trailer for bulk cargo /gondola, grain truck/. The tarpaulin covers the cargo space from above, being rolled on one side around a metal profile. The profile fits into a specially made pocket in the cover. The cover is stretched using ratchet belts /or elastic bands for smaller covers/.
The short sides of the cover are tightened with elastic bands. The side opposite the metal profile is attached to the basket using a bar, sealing rope or rotating plates.
It is made of synthetic tarpaulin weighing 700 or 900 g/sq.m. All parts of the tarpaulin that come into contact with the metal structure are reinforced.
The price is determined depending on the dimensions of the cargo area, the number of reinforcements on the metal struts, the method of attachment to the basket, and the falls from different sides of the cover.
The cover is made and fitted at our base, and fitting is included in the price. To arrange this, you must call us in advance at 0885 110984 to specify a day for installation. The production and installation take one working day.
You can choose the color of the cover, and this does not affect the price. The price includes all accessories permanently attached to the cover. The price does not include sealing rope, elastic, metal rail. The price also does not include fasteners /plates, hooks/, which should be permanently installed on the trailer. If necessary, their installation is paid separately.
The vehicle must be at our base on the day of production. Production takes one working day when the date is agreed in advance.

You give the length and width of the body, the caps and the drops of the tarpaulin, just enough to see the price. You choose the fabric weight, the number of cross members and the fastening.

On the agreed date the vehicle must be at our base. When you arrive, we will take the exact measurements.

4. We make the cover
The material is cut and joined by high-frequency welding, with reinforcements where the bows and the hardware sit.

Pocket for the rolling profile
Along one long side the tarpaulin ends in a continuous pocket. The profile stays hidden inside it and shows only at the two ends, where it connects to the rolling mechanism.
Quick to open and close
The cover retracts to one side of the body and unrolls back over the load without being taken off the trailer.
Flaps with an elastic rope
The short sides come down over the front and rear boards and are tensioned with an elastic that runs through the eyelets of the tarpaulin and the fixed hooks on the body.
Fastening of your choice
The opposite long side is held with a metal rail, a sealing rope or turning battens — depending on the trailer structure.
Protection for the bulk load
The cover protects the load from rain, snow, wind and dirt during transport and while parked.
