The vehicle has to come to our base in Byala, Ruse region, so that we can make the product exactly to it and fit it.
When you complete the order you choose a day to come so that we can make it. Once the order is placed we will contact you to confirm the date.

This is one of the most commonly produced products. It is made of synthetic tarpaulin weighing 700 g / sq.m. All parts of the tarpaulin that come into contact with the metal structure are reinforced.
The price of the tarpaulin depends on the size of the cargo space.
The price includes all accessories permanently attached to the tarpaulin - belts, metal rings, plates.
Accessories not attached to the cover are not included - sealing rope, plates / mounted on the ropes /. These are accessories that you usually have as part of the equipment of the truck or trailer.
The tarpaulin meets the requirements for customs / in accordance with the construction /.
The fastening of the cover to the structure can be by means of a sealing rope, an elastic rope, rotating plates.
At the customer's request, we can put an additional tensioning tape with an elastic band, which stretches the tarpaulin better. It increases the price of the cover.

The calculator shows the amount for the configuration you chose.

3. You book a production day
On the chosen day you come to our base so that we can make the cover. When you arrive we take exact, detailed measurements of the cargo area.

4. We make the cover
The material is cut and joined by high-frequency welding.

5. We fit the cover on your vehicle

6. You drive away with the new cover fitted
The vehicle must be at our base on the agreed day. Book a day or call us to arrange it.
Waterproof PVC material
When fitted and fastened correctly, the material protects the load from rain, snow, dust and dirt.
Excellent UV protection
The PVC materials we use are made with added protection against UV light, which slows down ageing and the loss of mechanical strength.
High-frequency welded joints
The separate pieces are joined by high-frequency welding. The result is strong, even and watertight joints.
Reinforcement in the loaded areas
The places that touch edges, profiles and other parts of the structure can be reinforced to suit the particular use.
Made to the dimensions you give
Every cover is made individually, to the parameters the customer enters.
Corrosion-resistant hardware
The metal battens, eyelets and quick fasteners are galvanised so they last in long-term outdoor use.

Request a sample →We make only the curtain tarpaulin. The truck or trailer must already have a frame suited to the chosen curtain type — rails, rollers and a tarpaulin tensioning system. We do not make the metal curtainsider frame itself.
At our base in Byala the measurements are taken directly from the vehicle.
