Industrial pools

We produce linings for industrial pools, water tanks and technological ponds in individual sizes. The solution is suitable for industrial, agricultural, logistics and infrastructure sites where reliable storage of large quantities of water is required.

The covers are made of durable synthetic PVC tarpaulin weighing 650 g/m² . The material is waterproof, weatherproof and UV resistant and is designed for long-term outdoor use.

Each pool is made according to the client's specific design and dimensions , which allows for the implementation of both standard round and rectangular facilities, as well as pools with non-standard geometry.

Pools in individual sizes and shapes

Cladding is not limited to one standard type of construction. Depending on the project, we can produce cladding for:

• round pools ;

• rectangular and square pools ;

• oval facilities;

• pools of different depths and proportions;

• non-standard shapes , made according to a provided scheme or dimensions.

This allows the product to be adapted to an existing structure or to be incorporated into a newly designed facility.

Material 650 g/m²

For production, we use synthetic PVC tarpaulin 650 g/m² , suitable for making large waterproof linings.

The material is characterized by:

• high mechanical strength;

• waterproofing;

• UV protection;

• resistance to prolonged outdoor use;

• resistance to common weather conditions;

• easy cleaning;

• long service life with proper operation.

The individual parts of the material are technologically joined together so that pools of significant size can be produced.

Different ways of fastening

The method of attaching the lining is chosen according to the shape and construction of the specific pool . Various fixing options can be applied, similar to those used in our fish and fish breeding pools.

Since each object is different, the method of attachment should be specified when submitting the dimensions and preparing the order.

The main product we produce is the waterproof tarpaulin lining . The supporting structure of the facility should be tailored to the dimensions, volume of water and operational loads.

Reinforced areas for fittings and pipe connections

In industrial pools, it is often necessary to construct inlets, outlets, overflows, drains or other pipe connections.

At the client's request, we can pre- reinforce certain sections of the cladding , on which fittings will subsequently be installed.

Reinforcement is only carried out in places previously and explicitly indicated by the client . Therefore, it is necessary to specify the position and approximate area of the future openings when ordering.

The fittings are not pre-installed in our production facility. They are installed on site by the customer or their installation team after the lining is positioned in the facility.

This allows the final drilling and connection to be carried out in relation to the actual position of the pipes and the installation on site.

Cascade connection of industrial pools

If necessary, systems of several separate pools can be built, connected to each other .

Cascade connection is suitable when water needs to flow sequentially between two or more tanks or when the total required volume can conveniently be divided between several facilities.

Such a solution can be used for:

• irrigation systems;

• backup water supply;

• buffer tanks;

• technological processes;

• water transfer or overflow systems;

• fire-fighting water reserves.

For future connections between pools, the corresponding areas of the linings can be pre-reinforced , and the fittings and piping system are installed on site.

Fire pools and reserve water tanks

One of the main applications of the product is the creation of fire pools and fire tanks for storing water reserves.

This type of facility can be used in manufacturing plants, warehouses and logistics facilities, agricultural holdings, farms and other sites where it is necessary to provide a significant amount of reserve water.

Custom manufacturing allows the volume and geometry of the facility to be tailored to the specific project and available space.

Irrigation basins

The linings are also suitable for building tanks for irrigation systems . They can store water, which can then be supplied to an irrigation system, or to create a buffer volume between the water source and consumption.

The ability to produce large sizes and different shapes makes the solution suitable for both small farms and larger irrigation systems.

What is needed for making?

In order to produce a liner that matches the specific facility, it is necessary for the client to provide the exact dimensions and shape of the future pool .

For more complex or non-standard geometry, we recommend providing a diagram with all necessary dimensions.

If fittings, inlets, outlets or connections to other pools are planned, the places that need to be reinforced must be marked in advance.

In this way, we produce not a standard ready-made tank, but an individually made lining for an industrial pool , tailored to the specific construction, purpose and technological system.
