Leisure pool linings (liners) are custom-made — for a frame above-ground pool, a built-in home pool, or a pool at a campsite or holiday home. The price is calculated from the area of the finished lining (bottom, wall and top hem) based on the dimensions you enter.
Please double-check the dimensions you enter — the bottom, wall and hem are welded to the values you submit.

We manufacture waterproof pool liners from durable synthetic PVC tarpaulin, manufactured individually according to the shape, dimensions and structural features of the specific pool.
The liner can be used on both prefabricated metal-framed pools, concrete pools, and other purpose-built structures. It forms the inner surface of the pool and acts as a waterproof membrane that retains water.
This is a practical and cost-effective solution both when building a new pool and when restoring an existing pool whose original liner is worn, cracked or torn.
Specialized facing material – 800 g/m²
For the production of pool liners, we use specialized PVC tarpaulin weighing 800 g/m² , developed for applications that require high mechanical strength, moisture resistance, and good surface adhesion.
The material has textile reinforcement and PVC coating , which provides it with high strength and water resistance. The surface is embossed, with a characteristic "diamond" shagreen , which improves grip and has an important Anti-Slip function . This is especially important for pool linings, where the surface is constantly wet and the risk of slipping is higher.
Anti-Slip embossed surface
The shagreen relief is not only decorative. It creates better traction between the foot and the surface of the lining and thus reduces the tendency to slip on wet material .
This characteristic makes the material suitable not only for walls, but also for the bottom of pools and other surfaces that are stepped on.
Antibacterial & Mildew Prevention
The material has a special antibacterial and mildew prevention treatment - a treatment designed to limit the development of bacteria and mold on the surface. A healthy alternative to standard foil
Suitable for various types of pools
The cladding is made individually and can be produced for:
round pools;
oval pools;
rectangular pools;
square pools;
polygonal pools;
pools with rounded sections;
pools with irregular or non-standard shapes.
We can produce cladding for both a mass-produced prefabricated pool and an individually built metal or concrete structure.
For concrete pools, PVC tarpaulin lining can be an economical alternative to traditional ceramic tile lining, while simultaneously providing watertightness and a finished interior surface.
Manufactured to the exact shape of the pool
The new liner is manufactured to the dimensions and geometry of the specific pool.
For simpler shapes, a detailed diagram and all necessary dimensions can be provided. For non-standard or irregular shapes, it is advisable to make a template in real size from which to produce the cladding.
Overall dimensions alone are not always enough.
The best option – send the old cladding
If the pool already had a liner, the safest and most recommended way to make the new one is to send the old liner to our manufacturing facility.
This is especially suitable for the popular prefabricated pools with metal construction.
The old cladding can be used as a physical model from which to determine not only the basic dimensions, but also all important structural features.
The old lining does not have to be sound or usable. Even if it is torn, it can be extremely useful as a production template.
It can be used to determine:
the actual dimensions;
the shape of the bottom;
the height and shape of the walls;
the locations of existing openings;
the positions of the fittings;
the places for reinforcement;
the method of attachment to the metal structure;
pockets, snaps and other specific details.
This approach significantly reduces the risk of error when submitting dimensions.
Restoration of prefabricated pools
In many prefabricated pools, the metal structure remains fully usable for years, while the original inner lining becomes damaged significantly sooner.
In such cases, it is not necessary to replace the entire pool.
If the structure is sound, we can produce a new liner over the old one and thus the pool can be used again.
Reinforced areas
Locally reinforced areas can be provided during production in places that will be subjected to greater mechanical stress.
These zones are specified in advance according to the design and purpose of the specific pool.
Preparation for fitting installation
The new liner can be prepared for the pool's existing filtration and water system.
In places where fittings will subsequently be installed, additional reinforcing sections of PVC material can be placed in advance.
For their correct positioning, it is necessary to specify the exact locations and dimensions of the relevant fittings.
When making over old cladding, these positions can be determined directly from the original pattern.
Transfer of existing PVC fittings
If the old lining has specific fittings that you want to reuse, you can send them to us along with the old lining.
When the fittings are made of suitable PVC material and their condition allows for reuse, there is a possibility that they can be transferred to the new lining by high-frequency bonding.
This is especially convenient for older or specific pool models for which suitable replacement fittings are difficult to find.
Before re-installation, the fittings are inspected to determine if they are suitable for transfer to the new lining.
Fastening to the metal structure
For different models of prefabricated pools, the method of attaching the lining to the metal structure may be different:
pockets through which the pool profiles pass
special profiles that press the cladding to the structure
attaching the cladding to the structure using metal rings and rope
Pattern making
If there is no old liner and the pool has an irregular or complex shape, we recommend that a full-size template be provided.
The more accurate the information provided, the more precisely the new lining can be manufactured.
Manufactured according to provided dimensions
For pools with simple geometry, the liner can also be manufactured to dimensions provided by the customer.
For a rectangular pool, at least:
length;
width;
depth;
dimensions and positions of all additional structural elements.
For a round pool, at least:
diameter;
depth;
information about the method of attachment;
positions of fittings;
reinforcement positions.
If there are specific details, a detailed diagram or photographs with markings must be attached to the dimensions.
Durability and operation
The synthetic PVC tarpaulin is suitable for outdoor use and is resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation.
With proper installation and normal operation, the lining can last more than 7 years.
For maximum durability, it is important to avoid mechanical damage from:
sharp objects;
raw metal edges;
stones under the bottom;
drilling or cutting;
incorrectly installed structural elements.
Before installation, the contact surfaces must be carefully inspected and prepared so that there are no sharp edges or objects that could damage the lining.
It is a good idea to place a pad (another tarp, insulation) under the pool to protect it from mechanical damage from the rough base.
A practical solution for a new or old pool
PVC tarpaulin lining is a suitable solution for both newly built pools and for the restoration of old structures.
If the metal or concrete structure of the pool is sound, there is often no reason to replace the entire pool just because its original liner is no longer usable.
With a new custom-made liner, you can restore your pool and significantly extend its service life.
The products in this category are only the pool's waterproof lining (liner) — made to your individual dimensions, chosen material and color. We do not manufacture the metal frame of a knock-down pool, and we do not build the concrete base, masonry or waterproofing of a built-in pool.
To order a lining, you need to already have the pool's structure or base ready — an assembled metal frame for an above-ground pool, or a built concrete/masonry shell for a built-in pool. The lining is made to the exact dimensions of that existing structure and is fitted onto it by you after delivery.
-
What we make: the waterproof lining (liner), to the dimensions, material and color you provide.
-
What you provide: a built metal frame (above-ground pool) or a concrete/masonry base (built-in pool).
-
Fitting the lining onto the structure is done by you or your team after delivery.
-
The exact dimensions of the existing structure are essential — the lining is made strictly to the values you submit.
Choose the material your lining will be made from — the materials on offer depend on the specific product.
